A recent study conducted by the National Fiber Council, administered by Opinion Research, revealed that many Americans lack basic information about dietary fiber and the important role fiber can play in the maintenance and prevention of some of the most prevalent health conditions affecting Americans today.

Following are some of the survey questions asked. See how you fare when it comes to fiber. Answers appear below.
